Decent. Small plastic flaps to protect the locking mechanism which often gets broken if you "actively" use the cable a lot. Did Base-T/1000 speeds with it and no errors.

Product ordering online was very easy, and the delivery was fairly quick. The 10' Cable works GREAT. Stays put. The size is excellent, as I was having such a hard time locating anything over 6 or 7 ft., unless I went for a 25 or 50 ft cable, which was too long! I Have not had any problems so far with the connection, and this seems to be just what I needed to replace the old cat5e ethernet cable which was giving me problems when connected between my laptop and modem box.

Cable worked for 2 days at gigabit speeds, then just quit working completly. Checked the NIC and it still works, so somehow the cable died just sitting there? I may try putting new ends on the cable to salvage it.

Get'm on sale - these cables never fail! Forget overpricing elsewhere, Meritline's where I started buying cables dirt cheap that performed the same or better than others and/or retail. From there, I got hooked on some other goodies too!
