the light is bright, switch worked fine to select different light setting. con: kind of warm after switch on for 2min. I thought LED should not produce such heat. you can think how long the battery can last. battery is easy to put in, hard to get them out. cheap plastic. baseline: it is ok with the price.

awesome emergency light for my bathroom (no windows) if the power goes out. Terribly bright!! Indirect lighting only. Don't want to go blind.

Great little item. I bought 3 for use during power failures and gifts. My wife liked them so much that we ended up buying 10 more and the folks who received them as gifts have purchased 12.

i got this put batteries in it and wow its bright, small compact work great.nice touch with the diffrent levels of bulb on or off,would also work great when the power goes out. nice job meritline good deal

Unfortunately, this item broke the streak of working hardware ordered from meritline. The light will not work out of the box, I've tried numerous sets of batteries. I'll try to go through the individual components with an electric tester to see whether something's wired backwards, or whether it just doesn't work. Needless to say, this is requiring more work than it should.

Light is Very bright. Perfect for camping. The quality however is poor. Led bulbs are all different shades of white/blue/green. 4 leds failed within 15 minutes of use. Overall for $5 it was an excellent purchase!
