TOOK FOREVER TO ARRIVE! (I think it was 11-days?) I even had to call in for status, and they couldn't give me an answer other than it's on its way and shipping from China. No tracking info available... and I was leaving for my trip in the next 4 days... But it came just in time. It's not a power converter, just an adapter. I love the convenience of having multiple adapter options! Came in really handy, but ended up not needing it since Japan had the same outlet head as USA. The pieces connect to each other back to back, minimizing luggage space, that was a big plus!

This product is very good and works great as mentioned. I got it 2 days back and everything looks very good including the quality of the material. Though the pin hole protector is little bit annoying, it is not an issue if you get used to it. Recommended to anyone looking for a all in one universal plug adapter. This is not a voltage adapter.

PRO: Works well and covers a lot of outlet types. The USB adapter came in handy for charging devices on a recent foreign vacation. CON: The little slide-out EU adapter started to melted when wife used it with a US hairdryer with a transformer plug!
