Would've gotten a perfect 5 if not for the fact that we got 99, not 100 in our order. hm But the quality was excellent and I could not be happier.

I used to buy cases similar to these at walmart. They cost about twice as much, and frequently had a cracked one in the pack of 10. Meritline's product is at least as good, with no damaged product in 100 samples, at 1/2 the price after INCLUDING shipping. This is a great deal on a product that is getting harder to find all the time. Thanks for the very fast service and an excellent product.

These cases break quite easily. I would go the extra cost for a more durable one. One of my customers was upset with having 7 broken out of a 20 CD order....and I had them extremely well packaged! Would be fine for home storage though.

Cases were as expected, but over 10% were unusable due to damage in packing/shipping. Be sure to order more than you need, or buy locally.

I am mostly happy with the CD cases.Occasionally, one of the cases is defective-that is either a case front is cracked,or a case has a broken off tip which means, it will not stay shut. But, I am more thna pleased with the service and the price ffor the 100 CD cases. Al Mellman

Fast shipping. Good price. Packaging isn't very good but not one of the 100 jewel cases was broken which was a first for me (I usually get a few that are broken). Will buy from Meritline again.

I was very pleased with the quality of the jewel cases. This was my second order of one hundred. The first time I had one jewel case with a small crack in cover. The second time everything was in perfect shape. The service is also quick.

I like the cases, they suit the purpose. Unfortunately, they are not very well protected, so my last order, I had a couple damaged ones. The order before that, I had like 15. I emailed customer service and got no response. I thought for sure I'd get a credit or replacement, but nothing :( I ordered again, because they are hard to find in my area, slim ones are more popular I guess.

Pros: they're cheap, the disks fit in the case and stay there firmly. Cons: It's probably not made from professional grade materials, as it will very easily break when removing the black tray when you are trying to place a back label.

These Jewel cases are extremely flimsy, and they crack very easily when one opens them. I am not happy with them.

These cd cases were pretty awful. About 40% of them were unusable because they were manufactured incorrectly. I was unable to even open the case.
