Not quite a good as store bought DVD cases, but really satisfied for the price.

I was quite disappointed in the quality of these cases. Yes, they are the least expensive cases being sold, but that does not mean they should be rife with defects. Most of them have wrinkles in the clear plastic covering the outer portion of the case and some even have small tears or other defects. It appears that there is is a very poor or no quality control process involved in the manufacture of these cases. Meritline should seek another supplier because these cases are very low quality.

I always buy this DVD brand because I am videographer. So far I haven't had anyproblem with the product or the store.

I like your cases very much but everytime I get a shipment of them 2 or 3 are broken, even tho the box shows no damage. The last shipment had 8 broken cases. And again, the box showed no damage. I sure hope you're not putting broken ones in the box before you ship.

Great Product, Great Prices (except shipping) It's just a shame that they ship Fed Ex which takes forever to get unless you spend a fortune for fast shipping. Fed Ex is just a complete rip off.

I've used over 5000 of these cases and they are great for the price, the only problem has been every so often when i open a box there will be 5-15 broken due to poor packing protecetion from the manufacture.

I continue to get requests from you to rate "items". How about service? On 7/22/09 (Order 1329299) I REORDERED one small item for $5.94 with some DVDs we needed. For the SECOND time, I have not received this item and it is more than a month later. I think you have someone in your warehouse who pockets the item instead of sending it.

Overall great price for what you get. The plastic sleeve protectors on outside of the case could be a little thicker and less flimsy.

The quality is as high as it needs to be to look professional and function efficiently. I can't comment on long-term durability yet, but my customers seem satisfied with their albums.

This was a repeat order having had such good luck with the first batch I got from Meritline. This set was actually better because there were no cracked cases. (Unknown if that was due to shipping or what.) The cracks appeared on the very end and didn't impede its presentation or function. I'll order these again when I'm in need.
