I ordered five of these to give as gifts for Christmas. They work great as both a stylus and a pen; the ink is liquid/gel, and flows very nicely. The coating on the metal has some rough spots, but it isn't too bad. My pens did not come with a health warning.

This Stylus is very nice it is smooth on the i pad and is great when drawing with the art apps. Also a good writing pen that is gel ink is a good size so one who has arthrits can have a good grip and not drop it so much.

When I first received this product it seemed to be of decent quality, but my opinion soon changed. To begin with the capacitive nub only occasionally registered on my Droid X2. I tried it on some other devices and found the stylus to barely function. As a pen is seemed alright, except the cap cannot be placed on the other end because the stylus end is not tapered. Then there is the biggest fault of the pen. About a week after owning the pen I noticed that the stylus nub had shot of the pen. It is a small smooth piece of metal with the nub on one end and a spring on the other. This think was only attached to the pen with friction. It is also the only thing that keeps the ink cartridge in the pen. In summation the stylus is poor and the pen will eventually pull itself apart, it is not worth getting.

Great item. Capacitive works and the ink quality is good. Slightly heavier than a regular stylus though, but still worth it. It is so good that I bought 10 more for my family and they like the item also.

The pen works great as a pen except for the fact that when you take the lid off of it, you have to keep up with it because the cap cannot fit on the other end that has the Capacitive Screen Stylus on it. The end needs to be tapered. Now as far as the Capacitive Screen Stylus end goes, I have big hands so I use it with my HTC 4G Touch screen and it does very well there. I would order it again.
