I received the package after 15 long days of waiting. I am disapointed to see a used one in the package. the still parts are rusted and scratches on the silver parts of the body. This is the first time I am dissatisfied with the product. I have not checked the device is working or not...... I will not return as shipment may be more than the cost of the item.

Purchased new Duracell batteries for this item, and it never worked. I'm not happy with this DOA device. You push the button on the remote and nothing happens. The lock just sits there and blinks.

THIS IS A PRETTY NEAT LOCK SET-UP, UNFORTUNATELY ALL THE DIRECTIONS ARE IN CHINESE-THERE ARE NO ENGLISH INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL. WHEN I RECIEVED IT , THE METAL PARTS WERE RUSTED AND THE BODY OF THIS WAS SCRATCHED UP, IT ALSO DOES NOT REALLY TELL YOU HOW TO OPERATE IT. NOT BAD BAD FOR THE PRICE, IF YOU WANNA WAIT A FEW WEEKS- I HAVE NEVER SEEN A LOCK LIKE TGHIS BEFORE. MERITLINE SEEMS TO BE A DECENT COMPANY - I LIKE WHAT I HAVE BOUGHT SO FAR..

The lock seems sturdy and well made. The remote does occasionally fail to unlock, but a second try usually does the trick.

This product is a great idea, and very well made too. This company is very responsible and delivers a great electronic bicycle lock at a great, fair price too. I highly recommend this product , and the company is great too for selling such a useful and hard to find item.
