Good idea; poor execution. The attached SATA cables are too short to be efficiently routed to your motherboard's SATA ports. This bracket is better suited for use with an add-on SATA controller with only internal ports, thereby allowing you to convert two of the card's internal SATA ports to external eSATA ports.

Specs seem deceptive or misleading. They read "Supports PC computer with one 32-bit PCI slot" but the photos show only a bracket and the internal cabling, there is no 32 bit PCI slot involved. These cables could plug into existing SATA connectors on the motherboard, but you don't get an extra PCI card (which would increase your total number of SATA devices supported).
