Works great. Inexpensive. Didn't come with any packaging or documentation, just a bit of bubble wrap. Easy to figure out without instructions. If someone can't figure it out, then they probably have no business touching computer hardware in the first place.

This adapter saved my butt. It took forever to arrive, but finally I was able to fix my laptop drive.
