Very, very useful. I own about a dozen of these, and keep one in every room, either hanging by its hook or attached with its magnet. We have a power outage last weekend. All I did was walk about the house once, turning all of these on. We had plenty of light to read, go to the bathroom, etc, which made the failure hardly a nuisance at all. Two hours later when the lights returned, the LED's were still very bright; no need to change batteries at all. Highly recommended !

These are great lights. The hook is not really rugged but one of them has survived a 5 year old and 3 year old. The magnets are just glued in and not that strong and mine don't glow in the dark like the description says they should. They are bright and could easily go in a toolbox or glove box.

I was pleasantly surprised with this light. It was not obvious from the photo on the site but there is a small light in the end of this unit. If you only need a little light you can use the small light and save your batteries. Good hook and magnet. It is better than I expected.

This really deserves 4 1/2 stars. It's a very functional tool for additional lighting needs. The 27 LED light will illuminate a coat closet nicely. The flashlight is a nice addition as well. The magnet on mine seems fairly good, too. It does NOT glow in the dark, as advertised. Nor does it have included AAA batteries, as noted on the box (though the write-up indicates batteries not included). Seems fairly well made, but rugged will take time to determine. All in all, appears to be a fine item for the price.

A little disappointed because the magnet on the back is weak. I tried putting it on the refrigerator for emergencies, but the magnet is too weak, so the unit slides down. Even without the weight of batteries, it won't stay up. Also, it doesn't glow in the dark. Maybe if I left it outside in the sun, it would, but who leaves a light outside? The LED light is super bright. It's got a 3 LED light in the end.

This is a durable, bright and handy light that comes with a hook and a magnet so you can mount the light in a variety of areas. I bought one for my car if I need to work under the hood, and it has been fantastic. A great product!

This light is above what it says, works well. For a small work light, the power is there.I Like the hook too. But on the box it says "3aaa Batteries included". Where are they. I know on site its says, "Batteries not included". No big deal! This for me is not a reason to stop shopping here.

Seems like a good flashlight to keep in the car. I would give it 4 stars if it did not need a small philips screwdriver to change the batteries. That will not be convenient in case of emergency. Also, the package shows 3 batteries included and they definitely are not!!
