Fine for the price, can't be beat but everytime the handle pulls out the top bits all fall out. Also the plastic on the cover was broken when it arrived. Maybe I'll try to fix it with glue. Thanks for the transaction and the free shipping.

Not as many proprietary bits as I expected. Also, when the handle is pulled out, sometimes it will pull bits out, which will end up spilling all over.

I wanted something reliable that can be used occassionally. This may not work for regular/professional use, but is good for household use. This did come up to my expectation.

This is an excellent piece for the price. It can fit in every damn thing. But only thing I felt bad is the plastic close out cover was bit broken during the shipment. I love this product as I am able to open all my kid's toys to put in the battery and more.

I have purchased this product a month ago, still I have not received the shipment. I assume my money is gone for nothing. I tried reaching costumer service couple of times, but no response. First, send me the product and then send the link for review. At least I need to see the product to write a review on it. This is so frustrating.

Great selection of bits, comfortable bit driver, everything fits very well in the housing which is small and convenient to have around. Only complaint is with the ring on the top of the housing for hanging is cheap and falls off. tools are great!

It's a great set and you'd have to pay four times as much at the hardware store if you went to buy it the day you needed it. Single handle with multiple bits; the bits are all magnetized and stick well into the handle. Easy to use has whatever you need for cell phones, computers, little electronics projects of all sorts.

The actual screwdriver set seems to be fully funtional but the case is flimsy and I don't think it will last long.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer This is a good tool kit, I needed it because hardware stores never carry the tools that I need. Try finding a 00 screwdriver at the corner hardware store, not going to happen. The upper and lower parts to the case do not thread together properly, they are too loose. I used a strip of white duct tape over the threads, that increased the dimension perfectly and it threads together nicely now. I'm glad that I have this tool in my kit.

The container screws closed, so it will not open accidentally and all the bits are pretty well secured. The set does rattle a bit when it's in the trunk.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer Not a bad deal. Set is truly compact and convenient to slip into a case or satchel. Only issue is the bits are quite short and packed close together making it hard to get one out of the holder without pulling the adjacent two or three as well. I usually have a pair of needle-nose pliers at hand and use those to pull the bits. Don't leave it with the cover off as if it tips you have bits all over and it will take a while to colate them back into the holder! Other than those caveats it's a handy set that I use quite often. Thinking of buying a few more for gifts!

Pretty good variety of bits, but they are aluminum and brittle. I would consider this a one time use kit. If you need to apply any decent force these bits will strip.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer This could be a convenient little tool set, except it has more defects and misidentified parts than accurately described, non-defective ones. The handle I received was tilted enough to have 4 mm eccentricity, hardly "precision" for tool tips from 0.7 to 4.0 mm. There were 16 of 31 pieces that were defective or misidentified, with the Meritline product description not matching the product label, and neither the actual contents. The hex shanks are 4.0 mm (~5/32"), as mini-precision tips, not common 1/4" ones. That makes getting a tilted, defective handle not easy to replace with a common 1/4" type from other tools. I'll be contacting Meritline customer service about this product, both as to defects from their vendor, and mismatched product information on their Web site.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer One time use bits. I used it to take apart a dead hard drive, to see whats inside. It required use of four different size bits, which this set included. All four got filed down to nothing in the take apart. You know how difficult screws need extra torque, and sometimes the screw driver strips the screw? The opposite happens here, the bits strip and twist into nothingness. Not to say you can walk on egg shells and carefully unscrew, because the screws weren't too tight in the first place. The shipping was usual however, good condition, except some bits were loose.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer Absolutely inexcusable packaging. Post Office had to put the whole thing in an apology envelope. In the end, plastic was completely shattered, and roughly 2/3 of the bits were missing. Even then, these bits are of extremely poor quality and pretty much a one-time use. Really, the only positive thing I can say is that the bits and the handle snap together well.

I'm a computer tech, and I use this screwdriver set at work all the time. The steel used in the heads is not cheap and easily bent, as I had feared.

Well, the product finally arrived, and seems to be well made. However, I waited around three weeks from when I ordered it to when it arrived, which seems ridiculous. For $7 it's probably worth the wait, but still. I don't like to wait.

I want to give this kit more stars. I mean it has just about every bit you'd ever need. But the metal is too soft, at least for the philips head drivers. I've stripped more than one of the bits trying to get remove firmly seated screws from laptops and the like and I'm not being a brute. I have to go back to my cheap dollar store kit now for those.

This is a very compact little specialty screwdriver set, it's not going to replace an industrial precision kit but there are some bits in here that are very hard to find. Especially good for the dreaded cell phone repair project. Recommended.

SPECS! Bits are .155" and .175". (Flat-to-flat, corner-to-corner, respectively.) I didn't flip the caliper to metric, but I'll make it easy and say these are the standard 4mm bits. My Review: The bits are above acceptable, but not great. They will strip on the tiny screws, but I have found the best way to avoid this is to test the grip with multiple bits and select the one that fits it PERFECTLY. I have messed up some bits, but only when using the wrong size tip. The case is annoying as hell. Top-heavy, and a huge PITA when it falls over. I got a handle that was a little off-center. Annoying, but it is what it is. Truly frustrating was that it broke due to the torque exerted on the barrel. (Metal to plastic glue came undone. Stuck some gorilla glue in there and jammed it back it, but it will still spin on really tight screws.) I have the iGo mini screwdriver, now discontinued. I'm looking for a powered screwdriver to replace it... preferably with one that accepts these. No luck yet

It's better than a blue set I used to have because the casing was flimsy and made it hard to put everything bits back when I was finished. The only downside is I expected it to be magnetic (for fitting into the screwdriver) but it's not, but it's firm fitting enough that it usually won't make much of a difference.

Biggest disappointment, the bits are not marked to their size. Also, the label on the holder shows incorrect for the torx bits per the order page. Mine had no t20 or t5, but did have a t3, unlike as listed on the order page. Still a good value for the money.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer I liked the first one of these that I bought, so I bought another one. Big disappointment with the second one. First off, the cover doesn't fit nicely.. small problem. The bigger problem is that I didn't get all of the bits I was supposed to. Either the person who made up the kit was confused or else they ran out of some torx bits because I got several phillips screwdriver bits and torx bits of the same size rather than the specified assortment. However, for the price I am not complaining.. just a bit disappointed to see the decline in quality.

Cons: One of the heads is missing, so mine was only a 29 in 1 screw driver. The heads definitely do NOT fit snugly into the plastic container; if you knock it over, they spill everywhere. The clear plastic lid holds them all in place, though, so you're only at risk when the lid is off.

This inexpensive kit has all kinds of rare and unusual bits that you are going to find useful from Day-1. There's even a great tool that appears to be made just for popping open those gadgets which appear to be sealed all around, but are actually held together like a clamshell. The bit I used fit right in the seam and let me pop things open without marring the finish or putting an indentation in the plastic, like a flat head screwdriver would. Need security bits? They are in here. Really an excellent assortment that would cost you a small fortune even if you could find half of them at your local hardware store.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer Nice screw tool set. However, one feedback to Meritline: the adapter handle opening is too small. When I opened the case, all the bits would not fit. Most customers would simply call customer service and complain/return at this point. However, I love my set so much that I took a calipers gauge and measure the bits, and found that they are mostly 0.157" across-flat, whereas the adaptor is 0.155". Some deburring has to done, so I took out my diamond-coated narrow file and carefully file the adaptor opening a little bit. After about 2 minutes of work, the opening is now about 0.158, and it is a tight but perfect fit. It is also nice to know that it is magnetic so the bits would not fall off. However, it would be better if the manufacturer can make it a bit wider. The other point is that the plastic hanging hook at the top is very weak - it will fall off if you are too casual in picking it up by it. Overall, a very handy toolset. Highly recommended.

Because there were so many positive reviews it was easy to turn a blind eye to the negative reviews. how wrong was i? just like a few of the other reviews had stated, this broke on me the very FIRST time I used it. The bit housing part of the screwdriver that is black was so weak that it completely split in half after I used it to tighten a screw. And by the way, I only applied light to medium torque. The screw wasn't even screwed in completely before this broke. So disappointed because now if I want a refund, I am going to have to pay more in shipping to return the item than I am going to receive back. There are some things you can go cheap on, but for some things its worth it to spend a little more to get a quality item. Bottom line: I would definitely NOT recommend this item to anyone.

There's not even any tip size that I'd consider "medium". I can't recommend unless you only need small sized tips.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer the bits were too large to fit in the drivers socket. I had to use a dremel to enlarge it. The heads of the smaller bits are too misshappen to work on precision screws. Do not buy.

It is properly labeled now as this isn't a full size set. That being said, I can't tell you how many times this tool has helped me out of a jam.

This is a nice set. I had to organize the bits in the holder, but that was ok. I hear alot about the bit being made of soft metal. I will post later if that is the case. But from what I have observed that is not the case. If you was to buy all of these specialty bits separately it would cost you a small fortune. These are conveniently stored in one place. Please keep the cover on, if not the bits will fall out.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer This is the second time I've ordered one of these sets hoping to get the bits advertised, but the selection of bits nothing more than a crap shoot. I've gotten duplicates of bits and bits that aren't even listed on the label. What use is a 5 point star bit? All Torx bits in the US are 6 point. Also useless are the 5 sided Allen bits. I'd just like to get all the labelled bits with markings on them.

The set is small and not meant for those with big hands. It is what it is! I keep it on my comuter workbench and it comes in handy. The top screws on and the pieces stay put if it tumbles. You can slos hang it on a hook. Has most ends you will ever need.

The case alone is worth what I paid for this because I never have to hunt for tiny tools anymore. I work on many kinds of electronic devices, and these tools are great. I just hang it on the pegboard with the top hook when I am finished. Five stars.

nice little screw driver set. Just figured it would have a wider sellection of different addaptors. Kindof a waste to have the 4 differnt phillips and 6 different flat head screw driver tips in this, same goes for the hex head...but it has a few that are usefull- probably should have paid the extra $3 and gotten the 32bit version instead???

Used it the day I got it. Has nice selection of tiny to small (and a few medium size) bits with a comfortable handle and an easy to spot holder system. I should have ordered more to give as gifts!
