This light is bright but its a bit narrow in focus. Would prefer a broader beam to work on car with. It's rugged with a magnetic back but the stand is a little tipsy unless you angle it just right and you can't direct the light downward. The hanger is great because it snaps into place when not using. Paid $7 so the value is quite good. Keep it in your car for emergency.
