Running Windows 7x64 Ultimate. I tried to just look for and install the drivers from the mini CD. It didn't work. I didn't run the setup off the CD at all, so I don't know if that would have worked. But Meritline provided a link to the drivers here in the reviews, a quick download and badabing, I'm in business. Thanks Meritline.

I've been using this card for over a week now and it works perfectly using the drivers that ship with it. I'm running 64-bit Windows 7 and keep it up to date with all Microsoft patches.

I installed this into my Dell XPS 8300, and for some reason whenever the computer hibernates, this card disappears. I tried to change the power settings for USB to never hibernate, and I installed the latest drivers for my computer. I used the driver recommended on the product page, but for some reason it just will not stay on. A reboot will bring it back up, but that is a real pain. It works as long as my computer doesn't hibernate.

Just installed this on my 2.4 Ghz Quad x64. Unfortunately the included drivers won't work, and neither will the drivers provided in the link, on this page!!! Writing Meritline to get some info..... Didn't want to rate it negatively, till I know whether it'll work for me or not, but I have to....

To install via the cd, you need to browse to the root level of the CD and tell Windows to look from there. My card works well, but the Molex power socket wasn't really attached to the board, just held on by the soldered traces. It is working, but pulled up and will certainly break off when I try to unplug it. Otherwise, nice card, works fine, much better deal than a 3.0 hub.

I notice that connection to my Seagate USB2.0 External HD keeps dropping frequently. I updated the drivers to the latest one - v1.8 but the problem is still there. I am not sure about the USB3.0 connectivity as I do not have a USB 3.0 device. Price wise it was attractive enough to make me buy it. For now the card is useless since I can't access my external HD without any interruptions.

Works great. Download software provided by Meritline; installed and completely backed up my system in 35 minutes on a 3.0 harddrive. Using Windows 7X64

I justgot my product today, to ntall the hardwer is simple, but the driver it tok me about 2 hour. Idid not disable y antivirus and I keep going and going till I disable the virus the the instaletion was asucsess. Plas in your nsruction manti to turn off the virus protection to make it easy. I install from thecd provided and I arunning windows 7/64
