    Although I haven't had chance to try it camping, it seems to do a good job in lighting a room. I expect that it will do an excellent job while camping.

    The light actually uses only 3 'D' cells. The light is bright and it is suitable only for indoors. There is a toggle switch which turns on the smaller 6 LED's which are very powerful or the larger lantern LED's. This product is good. However, I almost nearly fainted after reading the words on the outer packaging box. why? check it out yourself.
