I use to have 10% breakage rate on the slim line jewel cases, now not a one...good work on getting them packaged properly!

The product is fine. My issue is with the shipping. The box you guys use is not strong enough so it arrives half-crushed with several of the jewel cases cracked and having to be thrown out. Please address this issue. Doug

Meritline.com Verified Buyer This was the worst batch of cases I've gotten from Meritline over the years. The quality varies. The previous order several months ago had the best ones. They were shiny black and fairly sturdy as this generally fragile product goes. But these were rough, flat black and extremely flimsy with very brittle plastic and loose, easily broken hinges. This order also had the highest percentage of broken cases (initially at least about 13% and even more as we use them). They were double-boxed as requested but still arrived broken which indicates they are received from China that way. Usually just the hinges are broken but this time the lids and backs were cracked, too. And this time I had to fight with the rep to get a proper refund whereas in the past I was compensated fully for the loss and inconvenience.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer Not bad for the money. Had 7 broken cases out of 100. Pretty thin cases are easy to break though so I always order more than I need.
