I have purchased my last flashlight from Meritline. They have some aparent good deals on Cree flashlights, hovever the problems lie with either the switches, or with the AAA battery adapter. The last light I purchased was very well made with a glass diopter lens, but if it don't work right, then what's the point. It's Wal-Mart for me next time I buy a flashlight. At least if it don't work right, it's not such a pain returning or exchanging it. Sorry Meritline, you have some great deals, but your flashlights aren't it. I'm 3 strikes on three Cree purchaces.

I've been looking for Meritline's brightest zoom flashlight and this is it. I've bought many zoom flashlights form Meritline and this is the one. Has good side spill for general use or navigating a path in the woods and amazing distance when zoomed in. They need to shorten the time between switch clicks form minutes to a couple seconds to change from low to high to flashing but it sill an excellent light.

I'm sorry some have problems with these lights. The distance is great it's as good as my 3D battery police light, not as big a circle but it really reaches out there. It's small enough to put in a purse and does a great job. Pull in on the zoom and it works very well as a walking light. This is my second one. I have not had one bad flash light yet and I have bought 14 so far.(not all of these of course) I had one that didn't make good connection so I bent the butt end spring tip over to the middle so it made good contact to the battery holder and haven't had a problem since. I've never had a problem with Meritline. They always come through. They have made exchanges and everything else to make sure I have had a good shopping experience. I will continue to shop with them as long as the money holds out. Keep up the good work Meritline. I trust them because they have earned it.

I was hesitant about these as they take AAA batteries and not AA. I thought battery life might be an issue. It's not. I bought 2 and I use them on a motorized bicycle with a circular clamp. They were a tiny bit too small to fit the clamp which turned out to be a good thing. I wrapped a strip of inner tube around the flashlight and the rubber dampened any vibration. I've had the bike up to 35 mph without a problem AND I have dual headlights. I'm buying more.

Very bright light. As good as any Cree 3 AAA torch sold here. However, there is false advertising here, to adjust the zoom you dont twist the bezel, you slide it out. I bought this based on the description. I wanted a twist but Meritline does it again. Most of product descriptions are wrong. And they simply don't care. Battery holder is loose. Batteries aren't secure until you slide into flashlight. otherwise nice product.

This is a great little CREE for camping! It fits in your pocket easily, has a very solid feel to it. If you focus to the most narrow, it will project a square of the actual LED element, but this doesnt bother me. Just focus out a tad and you have a nice solid round spot. If you need something small and need to see and be seen, this is a winner. I'm ordering more.

Bright! Identical in shape/operation to item # 600-665-001. 3 modes. Brighter, bright, strobe. Solid clicker. Slide zoom. Tail stands. The red ring is glaring, so that's why I knocked off 1 star. The flashlight itself is still great. The other item is more useful simply because it lacks the glow ring.
