    The light has two settings--low and bright--and two focuses: very broad for illuminating a wide area and a concentrated focus for distance illumination. It also has a blinking light fro drawing attention if needed. This is a very good value.

    Bought 3 of these for the kids to take to camp. They worked great, but they said that even under the dim setting, these things were blinding at night in the cabin. Hard to beat the price though. And all lasted through 3 weeks of camp abuse without needing a battery change.

    it is a pretty good flash light, it has 3 different modes, bright, brightest and blink, but I usually use for brighting purpose, so a blinking mode is not use, a litte bit inconvenient. Generally speaking it is a good flash light and produce a strong light, a zoom function works very good too.

    These flashlights are great products built very strong and the output is very bright for a change they are actually what they are rated at. The zoom is a nice function, it has 3 settings a low power , medium power, and a strobe. The battery's last a long time even on the high setting I never actually timed it but I left it on over night one night and it was as strong in the morning as it was at night and I did not change the battery's then I continued using the flashlight for awhile longer before I had to change them. I liked this flashlight so much I ordered 3 more of them

    Seems quite bright. Don't know how long the batteries will last: LED does not automatically equal long battery life.

    What can I say? I ordered one, then three more, then five. I can't get enough. Some complaints: the first I bought was the best. It had a little higher quality steel, and it didn't have the annoying strobe option. The lights are probably not waterproof even though they have an O-ring at one end. And the pouch that comes with them won't last a month. (For some reason, the first one didn't have a pouch.) But they are the best flashlights I've ordered from Meritline and better than the selection at the local sporting goods store. What's so good? Wide beam LED can be adjusted to a long throwing spot. AAA batteries last longer than in other type lights. Compact size is great for purse or glove compartment. If you get one for 10 bucks, you got a deal. If you get one cheaper, you got a steal.
