    This product had to be returned. Was not compatible with windows vista 64 bit. this should have been documented

    This multifunctional printer server works perfect with my printer, 'coz last time, i bought a d-link's printer server which they claim supporting all kinds of multi-functional printers, yet failed connecting with mine. So, I was really surprised with this one's excellent performance. Strong recommend!

    I could never get it to work on the second computer. We only have cell phone service, and after many hours & used up air time minutes, I gave up. The people that I talk with are all foreigners with such heavy accents, that I could hardly understand them. If it were possible to communicate with someone that I could understand in the U.S.A., I probably could have it up and running.Also they only give a limited time of free advice & after that, you have to pay! We live in a remote area and are unable to get anyone to help us.

    This works will like a charm. I did not encounter any issues at all, my printer is not in supported but everything works. People who have issues must disable firewall and anti-virus and than try.

    Poorly described. I thought I was buying a device that would provide a wireless printer server. It turns out the printer server had to be hard-wired to the network. Pitiful support. Responses took days and didn't address the problems specified in the request.
