A surprise awesome find! I got this to replace a wired Evoluent VerticalMouse (that was 4 times the price). It has similar features. The Evoluent had one more button but the default button assignment and layout on this Anker is better. I'm also pleased with the tracking and response compared to the Evoluent. I have a lot of 2.4 GHz wireless in the room and can use the mouse 30" away with no jumping. The sleep time is a little short and you have to click to wake it (not just wiggle the mouse). Still this isn't enough to loose a star.

I don't know about you, but my hand does not naturally fall into a "handshake" position when my arm is resting on the desk or chair
