I will make it clear once more for those who are questioning: Yes, these are the original earbuds that used to come with older products, until they started releasing the newer models with the in-line volume control/clicker/speaker. These *DO NOT* have that in-line piece. That will be a problem for some, while to others, it's a positive thing. Just know what you will be getting! I intentionally sought after these old-style earbuds, and was excited to find them on Meritline at such a great price! I thought they had stopped making them by now. I despise the new version(s)! I will always buy this kind! I am comparing with *known* OEM earbuds of the same kind, and I find no difference to indicate these are otherwise. If you prefer the old-style earbuds, grab these! They shipped from California and got to me via USPS on the far east coast in just about 4 days. They arrived before the tracking # even reflected they'd left California! I was shocked. I am 100% pleased and will buy again!

Maybe it is OEM, but doesn't have microphone and volume control like the one bundled with iPod touch or iPhone.

Just bought another one. The item was shipped from US warehouse and it took just four days to receive it. It was made in Vietnam. The word printed on the cable was so good that I have to believe it was made by Apple authorized OEM factory. One of Merline's products having the superior quality with the lowest price. Highly recommended.

May be OEM but not for iPhone or iPod Touch or they would have a Mic. Could be OEM for standard iPod/Nano, but not phones or Touch. Of course they will work though, less that functionality.

This is an excellent replacement for the apple's ipod headset. Sounds same as apple's. Note that there is NO MIC with this headset.

Got these on one of Meritline's daily deals for a couple bucks and free shipping. These work great as replacements for the kids iPods.

For those who also want microphone, check product 0001048. They look exactly the same except 0001048 has microphone and it was made in China.
