I'm surprised this item doesn't have more reviews. I have tested about a dozen different types of stand with my LG Tab (G-Slate) and found that this one is by far the best solution. I can fold down small enough to fit in my pocket or protective case. Opened up, it adjusts to any task I may require. It's perfect for travel, as well as being a great stand for the bedside table or living room tables. I find it easy to type on the screen if I angle it right and it's ideal for watching movies or surfing the web. I'd say my only complaint is that my HDMI adapter is a little too large, so I have to put the stand close to the table's edge and have the cable hang off the edge. Still, the rubberized pads keep my tablet safely in place and it's never fallen off. Meritline's price is the best I've found and their service is great too. BUY IT!

Works very well. Can set the tablet at several angles. It has click stops that feel reasonably robust, and a grippy pad on the bottom, to keep it and the tablet in place.

I received this Arkon (IPM-TAB1) Tablet Devices Computer Stand for Apple iPad, Kindle Fire, Xoom, Vizio and Others, Black SKU: 0000877,as a gift from a friend who purchased it here. Unfortunately, it had a large crack in it, and when I first unfolded it, it fell apart. I can't tell that to my friend, as she'll probably start crying(lives in another city). It looks like it would have been perfect for my tablet. Strange, as about everything I've purchased from Meritline has been GRRREAT!.

A real find! I've been using it for several months, at home and away. It's very sturdy; I use it for a Toshiba Thrive, a tablet heavier than most, and it has never fallen, tipped, or slipped--no matter what angle or which orientation I use. It folds into a small bar weighing less 80 g (under 3 oz.) for travel. It's the perfect stand.
