While I have not used it much as yet, it came on-line easily and picked up the connection at the far end of the house.

The Airlink101 AWLH4130 108Mbps Super G Wireless PCI Adapter "works out of the box" with Ubuntu Linux OS version 8.04. I set this unit up in 10 minutes flat and it's working with a Linux netbook, Vista desktop, and a Roku without a single problem.

I have this for over 2 years and works very stable. Windows 7 x64 can identify the card, but will not get a right driver. But not an issue. Go to Dlink and download the driver from a discontinued card DWLG520+ Rev B. Then from the device manager, scan for hardware change, click on update driver, choose manual update, browse to the directory containing the unzipped files. You will get a definite 108 Mbps link speed.

I've bought airlink101 products in the past and liked them all. This one worked great from the getgo. Trendnet on the other hand is junk.

This card works but it's signal is extremely poor. I have two laptops in the house that pick up a strong signal from everywhere, but this unit in the desktop is very weak. I would not reccomend this product.

Well, it cannot work with my vista or win7 at first, it said a "digital sign" is needed. I tried to contact the support center, and they told me they don't have any digital sign. I turned to my friend, a IT professor, and it tooks him a whole day to figure out how to deal with it. Then, it started working. Not very nice experience.
