    Not a rapid charger. No indicator of fully charged. However, I like this one mainly because the batteries don't get hot while charging, although the unit itself does get warm. Cooked batteries have a shortened lifespan.

    In recharging alkalines some recharge better than others. But most AAs I've tried come out with high numbers on the meter. I even tried just letting them lay there and checking them again in two or three days and they hold their numbers. Delivery was just as promised. Got my order in two weeks. I've since placed another order.

    Hard to insert batteries into the slots. Not recommend!

    Charger worked as advertised but AA's were hard to insert and remove. A minor problem. There is a cut-out at the top for insertion which is easy to miss and is still very tight. Wait until you hear a click and use a small screwdriver to remove.
