works as advertised, great quality ink. instructions for my hp cartridge were easy to follow, with step by step images and instructions. i got around 3 refills on my cartridge, so very inexpensive overall.

Ordered this ink because it was cheap...so far haven't had any problems with ink although my lexmark printer is less than cooperative...it won't let me reset the ink levels so everytime I print I have to answer order ink and now it's making me answer two times...I've read a lot of complaints about lexmark and now I know why...gonna keep using it because it prints good, and I haven't noticed any difference in this ink...I can tell you one thing, and that is refilling these cartridges is a lot more fun than dishing out $60 dollars every time ink runs out!!! There is one consideration you should take note of...I also ordered the color version of this product and it only had one syringe...this is actually a messy process and I really don't like having to go wash the syringe three DIFFERENT times...I will reorder the black but I will only order a color kit with three syringes in the future...will simplify the process greatly...otherwise great ink...

I have used this product & I love it! It is so much cheaper than buying the cartridges at wal-mart or buying the refills there. Shipping has always been great -abt a week. I would recommend Meritline anytime!
