WARNING- The plastic trim from the individual pockets has not been removed. This means that to use the wallet, you must remove the untrimmed plastic from 328 places. This means 1 or 2 hours of work to make this wallet work. Completely worthless. I had bought 4 on 2 orders before I started to use them. Big surprise!!

Seems to work pretty well. I don't have any long term use critique at this point since I've only had the item for about a month or so. It has all of the little plastic tabs that have to be taken out, but that's only a minor thing for me.
