    when i was placing my order, i was thinking "there's no way its 'universal', but ah, what the heck, its cheap". about a week later, it arrives in the mail, and lo and behold, it is definitely universal, because it is just one thin, smooth sheet of transparent rubbery material with no grooves or indentations of any kind. but it works well for what it is designed for, and will fit on any standard laptop keyboard that doesn't have a numpad.

    Fits nicely on my 13" Macbook. It easily attracts stuff, which is a small downside, and it isn't easy to fit on there perfectly, but once it's on, it's a great cover.

    The keyboard skin works as described. The rubbery feel of the skin upon typing for the first time is a bit unusual. It does keep the keyboard area clean. One needs to know the layout of the keyboard as the skin creates an opaque screen.

    This arrived in a 6x9 padded envelope and it was folded and creased. I tried to leave it laying flat, but it never settled properly on my keyboard. I tossed it out.

    This was actually not as good as I expected. It seemed very good at the beginning but afterward it kept getting dust underneath so I was having to clean that all the time anyways. Therefore, I simply got rid of it. Not satisfied at all.

    It worked well for a short duration before becoming loose and it would annoyingly slide around. Its still a nice thin dust/spill/stain cover for my netbook (I easily cut it to size) so I just taped it well with an invisible scotch tape and am happy again :) Easy to type through but visibility slowly degrades as it collects dust/lint, but then you just wash it off!

    I got 2 piece. One of the piece is good while the other one is bad. The Sticky on it is not so strong. Neverthless a good buy!

    I can't say they are the best, but for the price they are great. They can get dirty pretty easily, but are easy to clean. They keep the users from accidentally pulling off keys, & also keep junk from getting under any keys. It does feel a little funny, and takes some getting used to typing on it.

    It's very thin and doesn't really affect the keys and typing too much. There's a tiny bit of restriction. I'd say, if it could be a tiny bit thinner, it might work better with the keys/typing.
