Opened the box and got connected in about two minutes, no problems. Sound quality was surprisingly good. The little volume control even changes the volume on my phone for me. I don't think they say it in the description, but the little holder reverses so you can wear it in either ear. Microphone isn't very sensitive, but this is my first BT headset, so I may just not have the knack yet. I was able to use the voice dialing function on my phone with only one slip up: "Call 1"..."Did you say Call Wanda?" I don't even KNOW Wanda! I paired it with two phones one right after the other, then back, and they both worked OK. I am going to use it to listen in on conference calls, so this is perfect for me.
