    (continued) There are 3 yellow LEDS on each side as turn signals, which are operated by a slide switch on the handlebar unit. when the turn signals are flashing there is clicking sound and indicator LED on the handlebar unit so you dont forget them. The horn is surprisingly loud, although I dont know how well cars would hear it. (it works great for waking a reluctant 4 year old in the morning) :) There are 8 or so different sounds it can make, selected by the silver wheel at the top of the handlebar unit. I don't know how long it will last, but I thought it was fairly well made. Out of all the meritline products I have bought, I like this one the best. I will probably order a 2nd one as a spare, just in case ... I Like it that much.

    I really like being able to have turn signals on my bike (and a brake indicator) There were no instructions, which probably accounts for some of the negative reviews if people couldn't figure it out. There are: 5 red brake/running Light LEDs, 6 turn signal LEDs, Some indicator leds on the switching unit and a horn/beeper. The 5 red brake/running LEDs can be set to 8 different flash patterns as running lights (and you have to go through all 8 to turn it off again) These 5 red LEDs also work as the brake lights. When you apply the brakes, they come on and stay on solid instead of the flashing that they do otherwise. What the one reviewer called the "shake sensor" is really a brake sensor. You disconnect one of the brake cables on your bike, and thread it through this sensor. You then reconnect the brake cable on the bike so that the brake sensor gets squeezed when you apply the brake. this activates the brake lights

    Great so far - a little wonky to start, but I tightened up some of the connections and everything's working like a charm. Mounting hardware is a bit odd, and there's a shake sensor--I just cut that out all together, as I don't see the utility of it. As noted, there are 8 modes--must turn on and off seven times before it's truly off, but that's no big deal. Super fast ship.

    This product acts finically. There is no way to turn it off, short of removing the AA batteries. Even after I tried to switch off the LED light kept on flashing. There is not an installation directions either. There is a connecting point but there is not a receiving connecting point.

    Completely fell apart within a week. Circuit board components actually fell off board and ended up in lens. This is the worst product I have ever purchased!

    This item is super bright and it has multi function lights its a great product and much safer i like it a lot i reccomend this item to bikers or motorbikers take care of it and she will treat you well what a excellent product.

    Many features for the price but cheap quality, buttons are little loose, no installation manual, tail light plastic is little loose, cannot tighten, meritline pl. mail me installation manual.

    this light is cool. got one for each of my bikes. i wish you could undo the wires then reconect them w/ out cutting the wire but it works nice

    I ride my bike a lot and this is flashy enough to get the attention of auto drivers. With a good mirror to watch for the 'cel' phone oblivious drivers, it makes for a SAFER ride. Brake light, turn signals, multi flash rear lights, and not too loud electronic horn it only needs a dog deterrent to be perfect.

    First thing and only thing, no instructions. still don't know what that plunger is for at the end of the wire. Didn't know how to activate horn. the only thing good I can say it was cheap

    This item is total junk. No instructions, but I put 2 AA cells in the unit and I could not make it function properly. It worked, but not all the functions worked correctly. I felt the unit getting very hot, and a few seconds later both batteries began to fizzle. I just missed being burned by the inside acid of the Alkaline batteries. I pried them loose with a flat head screw driver! A couple more seconds and they would have exploded maybe blinding me! Shipped straight from China, took 2 weeks. Don't bother!
