arrived in terrible condition--ink packages were crumbled and partially opened--almost sent back--the black ink skips

Excellent alternative to Canon cartridges. Have used them many times and have never had any problems. As always, Meritline prices, products and service are AAAAA+++++

Product works in printer, but Meritline sent color cartridges w/o chip. No response from email.

2nd time purchasing the inks and they work fine for everyday printing. Haven't tried them for photographs, so unsure how they would look.

I have ordered these in the past and have been very pleased with the product and service. However this time the three color cartridges came without the chips. This was not what I ordered and was clearly Meritline's mistake. When I inquired about the error, I was given the option of getting an RMA and returning them at my cost. I doubt that I will order again.
