I have ordered these in the past and have been very pleased with the product and service. However this time the three color cartridges came without the chips. This was not what I ordered and was clearly Meritline's mistake. When I inquired about the error, I was given the option of getting an RMA and returning them at my cost. I doubt that I will order again.

I've been using these same cartridges for quite a while now but had to remove the chip from the old ones and put it in the new ones. Now they have the chip included and it works great. No problems and saves a ton of money.

So far, so good. I've installed 2 of the inks in my Canon ip3500 and they seem to be working beautifully. The colors are good and there doesn't seem to be a compatibility problem with the electronic chip. Great value for a great product. Now if they could only improve their DVD cases, I'd be batting 1000 with Meritline.

All work fine thus far. Exelent price. Just remember when installing, to insert the cartriges FIRST before removing the sticky plastic ribbon on top. Otherwise i've heard that with this brand the ink can flow out and make a mess. (Think: holdong your finger on top of a straw and pulling soda out of a cup. same thing basicly)

An outstanding value and work perfectly in my iP4500! For years, I have refilled my own Canon cartridges. This takes a fair amount of time (as I inevitably get ink on my fingers which takes forever to remove). These Meritline cartridges are so good and so inexpensive, there is no point in refilling carts any more. Additionally, these cartridges have a larger ink chamber than the original Canon products, so they should last longer per cartridge.

Simply wonderful, why spend twice as much for ink when you can get the same stuff somewhere else. I have used the large black ink cartridge since ordering it and it has done a great job. I don't do much picture printing but so far I have not had any problems with these cartridges!!

These work, but be prepared to make a mess when you install them. Every one of these will leak ink when I remove the bottom plastic seal. I have taken to always wearing disposable gloves and have a old rag that I open these up on to minimize the mess (found out the hard way when I first opened one of these and got blue ink all over my new carpet... still have a spot there). The ink once installed is fine, although the colors are not "perfect" and vary between cartridges.. ie blue will be different shades every time you change them so no use in calibrating your printer to match as you will have to redo it every time you change cartridges... but for everyday use these are fine

In general good cartridges. I used about 3 sets so far and had only one problem, one of the Magenta carts did not put out any ink, but at the price asked as long as it does not damage my printer, I can accept one bad out of 10 or so. The color is good, and an upside is they don't leak ink when installing and get my hands dirty like sometimes happens with Genuine cartridges. I still will buy more of these as long as I have that printer.

It is reasonably priced but the ink cartridges has a lot of liquid ink in the reservior that can leak out easily. Had some problems and I was afraid of them so I sent the back. They used to stock G&G or OA - both excellent brands. But now they have substituted a lesser quality brand, so purchase with caution. And they do not put the G&G brand on sale, bummer! G&G brand is suburb and works wonderful but too bad about the price. I wish they would revert to the G&G brand only (in order to keep their customers) and even though slightly higher priced, at least have them on sale from time-to-time. I would like to see a sale occasionally.

I have used the cartridges in my Canon MX830 for some time with no problems. They are more reliable than Canon factory cartridges in my experience. The color and quality seem as good as Canon and I am very satisfied with the price. I try to stock up when they go on sale. It is important to follow the installation directions since these cartridges are more prone to leak a drop of ink than the Canon cartridges.

Excellent ink, I use them for everything. Only drawback is that the color is a bit off when I do CD printing, the yellow tends to drown out the blue, but nothing a little color correction cant fix, just increase the blue in the printer settings. Overall for the price, this is an excellent ink cartridge.

I find that these compatible inkjet cartridges works just as good as the canon ink cartridges, but I notice that the original ink has a slight better coloring on my photos, but you got to look hard to notice. The main reason for me to purchase is the price about 5 times cheaper and it works for me.

These inks have worked great for me over the years. Bought them many times and had maybe 1 that printer thought there was no ink in for some reason. Otherwise haven't had a problem.

The product I received worked as well as the factory cartridge for my Canon Pixma MP830. This purchase was a no-brainer for me - I had to decide between paying $17.99/cartridge or $60+ for the combination pack at the local office supply place, or get the entire color spectrum for $15... Hmmmm....

I have used these inks in my Canon iP5200 for a couple years. I have had a couple of cartridges fail but at this price you can always order a spare set. I am pleased with the iP5200 inks. I will continue ordering and have referred others to this site! (Not the same for my Canon MP640 generic inks, they fail to work in printer.)

Very nice price, product was good(works perfectly so far). All cartridges had chips and printer had no problems. One thing to remember is to be careful when removing the ink seals, the cartridge tends to drip once or twice from pressure differences.

Received the two sets of cartridges about a month ago, all had the chip and were in good condition. I finally printed about 40 4X6 pictures, picture quality does not appear to be any different than the Canon cartridges. I use Office Depot professional photo paper with my MP500, it gives me the best looking picture. At this time I am very happy with the cartridges and will order them again.

The PGBK is very good and you get a lot for the money. On the other hand the color inks including the photo black are weak. Still, a good bargain if you're not printing photos.

works good so far. Haven't tried using it for printing photos, but the color printing for text and light graphics seems good. Printer had no problems detecting the ink carts as if they were Canon brand.

I ordered this 10 ink cartridges (which means 2 sets of 5 each) on 4/23 for my Canon MP830 printer. The shipment was received on 4/27. Therefore, I'd say that the ordering/shipping process was prompt. Since this are spare cartridge sets which I will not start using for a while, I don't have any comment on their quality at this time. However, my previous experience has been reasonable except sometimes they could have defective parts. So, I am keeping my fingers crossed!

I have not used these yet but if they are like the ones I previously bought they are great. also they are a huge savings over those bought in the computer stores. I paid about $40 for 10 cartridges instead of about $15 each that B**t B*y charges.

Ink came in great condition. Installed all cartridges because I was completely out. I have a canon ip4500. Pictures dont look quite as vivid as canon ink but for the price I highly recommend if you only do casual printing. Will def buy again.

I've been buying these for a few years, only have occasional problems but I think it's the printer drying out, not the cartridges. It's even better now that they have the chips-I don't have to peel them off and put them on the new ones. The price can't be beat, I don't worry any more about printer costs.

I have a set of these in my printer now, and they work fine so far. They include chips, and are easier to install than the OEM Canon's. I did not get any ink on me installing them. I plan to order another set very soon!

Never a problem with this particular set. They sometimes send older stock but the newest ones with the odd air pocket on the side, those are actually refillable. Simply widen the hole on the top where the sticker was. I'm more of an ink refiller pro so don't look at me to learn how. Takes awhile, but these are easier than Canon's OEM to refill. They had a recent sale and I think 3 are old stock. But it was a sale. And whethere the boxes are crushed... as long as the carts are fine, I really don't care.
