Meritline.com Verified Buyer Good product, easy to use BUT there is one CRITICAL STEP missing from the instructions. After you refill your cartridge you MUST remove the existing label on the top of the ink cartridge and replace it with tape - make sure you leave the little air hole uncovered. This allows the cartridge to build-up back-pressure and keep the ink from leaking out the bottom. This is how the cartridge is designed to work. If you don't do this, the cartridge will leak ink out the bottom like a sieve. I did this on both my black and color cartridges and they work like brand new.
