Don't bother buying. The one I ordered at first got lost in mail and Meritline readily agreed to send one. Good Customer Service. The piece that arrived fits fine but the far ends of the hood are visible right from 18mm up to 24mm rendering wide angle shots practically useless unless you want crop your images. This becomes even more worthless when operating with a crop sensor body because you are already talking 1.6X of the wide side lost.

Great price and the size I needed was in stock. The hood does what it supposed to or what I intend to use it for. Not only and a hood but protection for the front of the lens. The price is great shopping I found lens hoods were $50 and up. That was not the case here. Shipping was speedy also.
