This was a replacement order for defective cartridges you sent before (leaked after install). So we hoped 2nd time was the charm but it was not. This set failed after 3 days of installing it (message that cartridges were empty came up) then the printer stopped working. We are very disappointed.

The cartridges were defective, we had to send them back and purchase a new one from the store, since your return policy needs the actual item before shipping a new one--very disappointing!
