    don't buy this if you want to use the USB data cable, it doesn't work with my 1st generation iphone. Windows shows "USB Device Not Recognized" when plugged in. First I thought it's a software issue, tried on Windows XP, Vista and 7 computers. All have the same error. After spending 4+ hours web search and trying all suggestion, I gave up. Borrowed one Apple cable from my friend, everything works fine

    I ordered it on Sept 7th , it didn't arrive until the 30th. But for 5 bucks I don't really care when it gets here as long as it gets here. I don't need it right away anyways. I have just tested it. It works perfectly on my Ipod. The price is unbeatable.

    did finally recieve package ordered 9/7/09 recieved 10/3/09 works good sure would have liked to have gotten it sooner but i would have had to pay more than 3.99 for it then

    Took a week or so longer than I'd expected, but arrived and works great. Compared to the "branded" iPod and iPhone accessories - and even some of the off-brand versions - this was a real bargain.

    This product sucks. I bought two of it and literally have to throw it in the trash. I can't even charge my Iphone in the car. I DO NOT recommend this product to anyone. Just a waiste of money.

    This thing makes a whine through the stereo when connected to the lighter and a sound device. Other than that it works fine, but being able to charge while playing is very important, therefore a poor rating.

    The charger/ipod connector serves its purpose and works great with my iPod Touch. The USB charger has a red glow at night since the build-in red LED shines through the plastic. Somewhat intense but fortunately matches the color of the instruments in my dashboard. Cable/charger is iPod white - for a car though a black version might be a better match. The charger has a generic USB connection and can be possibly used with other devices as well.

    The product supplied doesnt charge the Ipod. Though the price is less, it is of no use.
