While I understand that I have no recourse and I understand it is a buyer beware circumstance, I am extremely upset over this "worse than useless" product. Not only does the adapter not fit my 30GB Zune as advertised, but trying to insert the adapter into the unit damaged the Zune. So, because of attempting to use a $5.99 product, a $250.00 product will require a $50± repair. This is the second product I have received from Meritline that has been mis-represented. The first product apparently did not receive any quality control testing before it was shipped. The power supply was designed for another unit entirely and the product was useless. It's more expensive to ship the item back for exchange than it is to consider it an earned education. I have learned from the first two instances and I am hesitant to order from Meritline again. One more instance will make me a bitter ex-customer and I will be the worst type of negative word of mouth advertising. I still order from Meritline but

This charger not only doesn't work with a 30GB Zune, but the plug damaged the unit. Not only cheap garbage -worse. Save your money buy elsewhere.
