I love this thing. I just put an 8gb SDHC card in it and it plays it fine. Full spectrum and it can play mp3s from my usb stick, the cards, or my mp3 player. The sound quality is not the best, but that has a lot to do with the station you're on and the mp3 you are playing. And your car radio. One thing that got me at first, your card/USB must be formatted to FAT. It won't read NTFS formats. My wife loves the remote because she can change songs while I'm driving. This was my 3rd transmitter and it is a keeper!

This tranmistter is not good quality. After playing around 5 minutes - start continuous power cycling. I am returning this product.

This is an awesome buy for the price! I have an older car with a cassette player. And this works perfect for me. No more CDs. I have tried with my MP3 player, Flash Drive, and even a Micro SD memorry card...and all work just fine! I bought 5 more for friends and family!

The idea is great, especially with the cool remote, but the product quality is garbage. Don't waste your money, unless you don't mind listening with a loud buzz along with your music. The device creates it's own radio interference, even on a crystal clear frequency. You'll really notice in the 'silence' between tracks that's it's not at all silent, it's this thing screaming. Also, my brand new one out of the package was unable to play from an SD card because the contacts inside were so poorly aligned!! No cards read for me. It was able to play through the USB port, but as it is so overly tight, no flash drive would ever fall out, and you may need pliers to remove it. Thus, the concept is fantastic, with the OLED graphics and everything, but in function and sound quality it fails miserably, and sounds horrible. I would have still used it if not for the loud buzz the entire time it's on. Very disappointed.

Good idea, but poorly implemented. This does just about everything you want in an adapter. It plays SD cards, flash drives (and single type memory card readers), and has an audio input. The problem is that with a curved display cover, YOU CANNOT READ IT UNDER ANY LIGHTING. It reflects light coming from any direction making it COMPLETELY UNREADABLE. It works OK in complete darkness, but it loses the frequency each time it is powered down so you have to retune it. OK if you keep your tuner near the top or bottom of the FM band and can tune by ear, but without direct frequency entry by the remote, no memories in the tuner and a guaranteed glare, it is nearly useless. I'm thinking about grinding down and repolishing the display cover to make it flat so the display can be visible. What is there to lose?

ordered 4/27 and received 5/9, It remembers the last song and last channel that was played last time before turn off the car(no complaits like others). it sorts the songs in the folder in such a way the songs copied first in the Card or USB Drive. I am not able to navigate by folders. sound quality is little lower then the CD or Tape quality of my Audio system. agree with "CAN'T READ THE DISPLAY, With a curved display cover". but compared with my VR3 that i bought at wallmart for $27 20 months ago, that had only the channel display and not stable with the power, this one is lot much better and the price is only $10. I am not able to distinguise if it is mono or sterio, but the Audio sound quality is lot less then my CD quality, i did not compare the same music files. I'm very happy with this item. I have a CD/Cassette player in my car which doesn't play MP3's. This device is well worth the price for what it does. At first I couldn't get clear sound out of it, but that's because I didn't know how to adjust my radio. It's so much more convenient than carrying CD's and transferring them from one car to another.

Works well as advertised. Compared to some other FM transmitters that I have tried in the past, this one worked well in my car. No static or interference at all! Easy to set any FM freq. that is available. Play can be repeat one track, all tracks, or shuffle. Remembers the last song that was being played, even when taken out of the socket and moved to another car, but not if you remove the USB/SD card from this gadget. Only negative I have found so far is that it does not remember the actual location within a song and just starts it over again the next time. The display is clear and visible easily. Remote seems to work fine but haven't found much use for it myself. May be useful if someone in the back seat wanted to control... In short, for the price, certainly well worth the purchase.

This is a good buy when you dont have MP3 Player. It has worked great for me, clear sound with SD Card, USB and my iPhone. When connected with External source, keep the volume of the source in the middle (not high) otherwise it may become very noisy. I would recommend this.

Quality of sound is very poor. Also lots of background noise. Need to return back. Will not recommend.

This product did not work out of the box. I have tried all the different methods (cards, direct audio connection) and shows no signs of working. I will need to definitely return this.

This product is working great for me. I tried my SD card and it worked perfect. Just took few seconds to tune it up. but once I get the matching frequency it plays songs perfect without any noise. I tried connecting both SD card and Mp3 player. Mp3 player takes priority and it plays song from player. Once I disconnected my mp3 player it made noice for 2 seconds and then started playing songs from SD card.
