This is my 2nd order for this product. I just love it . No more sliding bags tossing everything over the middle seats. Well made, especially at the pricepoint. Don't know what the "CLUNKY" comment was about. It's just built to last as long as you don't overload the hooks, which will break. But only after I really pushed the limit. good prodcut buying more for gifts
