It covers only the base portion of ipod. Its a bit tough to remove the case from the ipod.

Exactly what I was looking for. It protects my iPod Touch without taking away the beauty of Apple design. I hate stupid bulky cases that makes the iPod Touch look like a completely different MP3 player. What's the point of buying an Apple product when you can't admire it's beauty. I would highly recommend this and for the price, it's GREAT value, I bought a few just in case they break and change the color according to my outfits. Thanks Meritline.

The case is great. some people start to ask me, "when are you going to buy a case for your ipod?" after they played with my iPod 2G. They don't even notice the case was on. It is so fit and become part of my ipod.

The case only protects the back. My iPod has a lot of scrathes on the back, so I can see that it can be useful. When mine arrived I was sure that it was damaged. I came to the website to ask for a replacement. However, when I looked at the product photo, I saw that it was not damaged. That is how it is designed. Strange to design a product to look damaged. I bought it at the discounted price and it was worth that. It is not worth the current $4.99 however.

This will teach me to read descriptions more carefully. ONE piece of plastic is NOT a case, no matter how "crystal clear" it is.

I bought this for .39 cents so not a big deal, but its not even worth .39 cents. I received it in broken condition. I do not recommand this to anyone.

A Case is a item that protects the front and back of a mp3 player, this protects only the back, who cares if the back gets scratched? the front is what needs to be protected, the should have been a front and back peice that snapped together and protected every inch of player. Protecting the back but not the lcd front just makes no sense to me. This should be called a back protector NOT a Case.

Nice case. I was able to put the cleaning cloth from the screen protector between the iPod Touch and the case. It is a bit difficult to take it off, but well worth the $1.50.
