GREAT IDEA POORLY IMPLEMENTED. The rings are yes small and compact but hard on your fingers when i used it u placed some small pieces of wood to make a grip i could use. Next it started to cut very well until it Broke right when i was in the rhythm of cutting. I would love to have one of these with t type handles i can use multiple fingers to hold along with somehow strengthening the cord. If you ask me this would be awesome for an assassin or a mob hit as this would cut yo neck like butter. Although when it comes to trees or anything to saw dont use this on anything less than you would use a pocket knife saw. So right now I give it a 2 out of 5 because if you have one of these and only a pocket knife it would work well to cut down wood for small twigs or shorten branches for a fire. Although dont put this in a survival kit as it will break when you need it. in all this works great for anything within about a 2-3 in diameter and as long as you go slowly and surely not getting overzeal

Cuts well. A little rough on the fingers with any time of prolonged use. The spinners are surprisingly tough. I expect the wire to snap before the handles. Good cheap gift.

Cuts aggressively. Is strong, compact and well made. It hangs up so badly on everything I tried that I went back to putting my pruning saw in my pocket instead of this. Would probably work better with two people holding it more straight to avoid hanging.

Works as listed, bought 2 and both work. A longer cable would make it less tiring.
