    The webcam may be fine, but it was nonfunctional on a Mac. There is a freeware driver that will run over 400 PC webcams on a Mac, but this is not one of them.

    The quality of picture is good for the price of camera. You do not need any driver or cd for software installation. Just plug the camera, works great with my win xp sp3. the package does include CD. I tried to run and install whatever it had, it just messed up my computer and i had to reimage and reformat and download all the softwares again. so DO NOT run the CD. again webcam installs itself as soon as plugged in.

    I got it around 2 weeks after i placed my order. It works well and came with drivers but was working for me in xp sp3 even without the drivers. Its quite light but not as light as some of the costlier ones. The image quality is ok and adjusts well to light changes. The one stupidity i noticed in the make is that the USB cable for the cam and the microphone jack are both coming out of a single cable. Now for many people it mayb not possible to have USB and mic jack nearby so cant use both at the same time. Have not tested the microphone yet but its not why i bought it for. All in all if u are looking for a cheap webcam this one does the job well.
