Since installing this item, I have had intermittent problems with paper jams, especially when executing two-sided printing. The paper gets jammed on the printing of the second page; this happens perhaps 50 percent of the time. I have also had several jams when simply printing on one side only; I would estimate that this occurs once every 40 pages. Neither of these problems occurred - even once - during the printer's first 4 months, when I was using the original printer cartridge.

Had problems the paper jamming intermittently. Also lines are appearing in the middle of the paper. Had to order the original Samsung Cartridge and return this one.
