Product works fine. The included instructions were translated very poorly into English but we enjoyed figuring out what was meant.

For your reading pleasure from the label Instruction Guide& Working Principle One end is adsorbed to a discoid structure by extra fine carbon particle. Carbon is a of powerful adsorability, clearing away dirt. As the lens pen is depending on adsorbability mainly, there will be low damage to the lens. Furthermore, there will be no carbon powder on the lens either. But it can not be used to clean the other equipments! During cleaning, liquid cleaner is not allowed, as well as breathe forth. By the way, this kind of lens pen is better to clean lens only it will take bad results if brush UV lens. When cleaning lens, we suggest your brushing from middle to allaround. It it is dirty in a certain part, just clean that part only. Miminizing wiping on the lens.

great product does the job but I wished they would add a protective cap on the brush end of the pen.

This cleaning pen works perfectly fine. Reviewers complaining this pen leaves smudges or think this will damage their lens have no idea how the lens cleaning process works. (Placing palm to forehead) Hint: Google is your friend. Use it to avoid showing your ignorance!

seems OK for the price...not sure if I would trust it on my good lenses, but that isn't the product's fault...that's just me being cautious. I bought this mainly for field use as a backup.

In spite of some of the negative reviews I read - I find this to be very handy and whatever the surface on the 'wafer' side - it seems to function in hardness to rubber and did not hurt my lens. Kind of like an eraser; and the brush is very useful.
