Hi, This is the worst product i bought in my life. On the next day, right side headphone not working. On the second day mic not working. I will never recommand this product to my friends.

they are just ok I bought it for my son he has to use it voice chat or education needs he say he feel hot inside the foam threshold.

It is my first and also my last time to purchase from meritline. I swear I will never buy anything from here. When I got headphone, I found the microphone does not work. What a product, even the brand new product does not work well. I called customer service and they referred me to the manufacturer. I was told that I can send the flawed product back but I have to pay for the shipment. The headphone is only $8, but the shipment will cost me almost the same amount dollars. I thought it is not worthy, so finally I just threw away the headphone and bought a logitech headphone from buy.com at only couple of dollars higher. Therefore I strongly recommend not buying this product, because chances are you will find you are just wasting money.

Headset itself are ok - audio quality a bit muddy, but for the price, acceptable. Real problem is that the ear cushions come off VERY easily and are it's hard to get them back on. Not very comfortable wearing cushionless headphones!

The Jack spoiled after like 3 days. I didnt bother returning back cause it was so cheap. I wont recommend this product to anyone even for free.

This is the crappest headset I have ever seen. It worked just for few minutes and then stopped working. I can hear from the other end, but my voice is not audible at the other end. I contacted MeritLine for return/refund and they told me to send to an address. I have sent the item in Feb and they are telling that they haven't received the item yet. MeritLine customer service also sucks big time

worked fine for 2 month. after that one side of the speakers started cutting of and a week later both sides were cutting off. the price make it not worth paying shipping to return it. bu t I don't recommend it unless you want something that would last a month or 2.

Creating lots of problem. Headphone is not working properly and mic is not every efficient. I am buying a new one in 2 months.

Don't be afraid, just buy this if u need a headphone for the computer. Not the best quality but certainly not the worst quality.

I bought this product a month before as the price & picture look so attractive. But the microphone stopped working in just 15 days, headphone is working though. Even the sound quality is not so good, I would suggest spend few more bucks and go for better quality.
