Item is not large, just normal sized timer, like old phone pager size. I thought it would be bigger because the SITE says it uses 1 AAA battery. So, I looked at picture and assumed it to be kinda big when paired with 1AAA battery. BUT, it DOESNT use 1AAA batter as stated. It uses a small button batter WITHOUT an off switch. I was hoping to use my rechargeable AAA battery. Oh well. too expensive for cheapy timer. And it is fairly loud.
