    I am very satisfied with the product. But one question is can you better update the customer with the tracking information. At least an expected arrival date especially for packages from Hongkong, instead of just a two week window.

    this is a worthless product, thank god it was so cheap. it was billed a remote for cameras that controlled multiple functions on many different makes and models. My Cameras Nikon D80, it only activates the shutter, period. thankfully it was only a few dollars. so what I ended up with is a backup shutter release.

    This product never worked. Dont get fooled by the tech websites posting these cheap items as good ones. First they take forever to arrive and then they dont even work. Bad company bad products.

    Works just fine with my D70. The size is a bit bulky vs Nikon brand remote, and having all the buttins can be confusing. But.. It works and price is unbeatable!

    This controller works to activate my Canon Rebel Xsi without touching it, which was the reason for my purchase. Some buttons are not applicable to my camera, but I understand that making a generic device for a single camera line would be more costly. I just have to make sure I press the right button. I do worry a bit about these buttons becoming less reliable over time, but at the price, it could simply be replaced.

    Cheap remote. Does the job. No problems so far. Documentation is poor but you get what you pay for! Should have bought two in case this one breaks.

    I purchased two of these devices, one to use with my Pentax K20D and the other for use with my Nikon 8800. Both worked flawlessly. I'm only sorry I didn't purchase them earlier when they were on sale! But, still worth it and about $25 less than the local camera store was selling brand name item.
