    I love these mailers except for one thing.... when they're stacked at the factory some adhesive from the zip strip gets on the next mailer. It happens to nearly every mailer in a bundle or 25. This mean you have to peel each mailer from the next. It also means there's a thin bead of adhesive on the back side of each mailer after it's folded & sealed. Other mail can stick to it so I rub a small sprinkle of baby powder into the sticky bead. It works great. I would think a small adjustment at the factoey would eliminate this problem. I've been waiting 2 years for someone in China to to a quality control check. All my whining aside, they get a thumbs up. I'll buy them again.

    I'm a photographer and need to mail out lots of photo CDs/DVDs to clients. CDs were getting crushed in the mail and I was looking for a simple solution. I've gone with shipping 2 CDs in a black plastic DVD case inside of these mailers. It ends up being around $2.07 first class at the current 6/09 rates and I don't get complaints from clients any more. I print my labels on full sheets of 8x10" label paper cut in half. My favorite part about these cases is I can prefold a ton of them while watching TV or something and have them sitting ready for fast shipping. Being peel & Stick, it's very easy to put them together and I form them around a DVD box for a pretty speedy process. My only complaint is that on my batch, some of the sticky stuff bled onto the outside of the box and I'm a bit concerned it might get something stuck to it in mailing.

    These mailers are sturdy, but you need to hold on tight when securing the adhesive strip or the little flaps slip out. Well worth the money.
