    There was nothing wrong with the product quality, but the DVI end was wrong for connecting to a monitor. The DVI plug was meant for plugging into a video card, but had too many pins to connect to the monitor side. The product descriptions could use some touching up. It also took over 2 weeks to receive the product. I don't really mind too much considering it was free shipping and a great purchase price, but when I bought it the estimated time was 5-7 days.

    This is my 2nd Bad experience with meritline.Its not working.Iam very disappointed to see the result after waiting for the cable for almost 3weeks.Finally it did not work leaving me disguised.

    This is an excellent product, but unfortunately, the DVI connector is not the kind of connection I need for connecting to my monitor. I've only opened the package, so if possible, I'd like to return it. I totally understand if you have to turn down my request. You certainly shipped the item quickly. Thanks
