Meritline.com Verified Buyer I wasn't so sure how these would look because they had gotten creased in shipping. But they are actually a sort of thin mylar that smoothed out completely when placed on the wall. I put these up in a nursery and they are really quite charming.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer So the picture is a little bit deceptive. I thought that the tree itself was going to be on a clear background so that when you hung it up it would look almost painted on the wall. But the stickers come on a white background for the most part so if you are going to use it on a wall that is any other color besides white it will stick out like a sore thumb. But if you have a white wall they will look cool.

I loved the design and the material was great. As other reviewer mentioned, the creasing in the package did not affect the actual decal once on. I had to rub quite a bit for the decal to stay on the wall, rubbing out the bubbles, but once on, it hasn't peeled. The one thing that I did not like about the decal (compared to others I've bought) is that there is a white border on all the designs (~1/4 to 1/2 inch). Thus, if your walls are not white, it may look odd. The wall I put mine up on was white, and the border is still visible but not quite as glaring. Overall, decent quality for the price.
