I've used this on several vehicles, mostly Ford and Mazda products, and it works fine. It displays an error code that you look up in the included manual, so be careful with the manual!

Works fine. There was nothing wrong with my car so I didn't get any error messages.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer Item was just as described have already used it a couple of times and it found the problem with no trouble 1 on a Chevy and 1 on a nissian for $25 bucks it sure takes alot of the guess work out just plug the unit into your car or truck let it run a scan it will bring up a code or codes on the LCD screen then look in the code booklet that comes with unit and it will tell you what part has gone bad on your vechile I really like the EOBD2 trouble code scanner it does a super job and for $25 dollars you can not beat it other units just like it at local part stores sale foe $100 to $250 dollars you can not go wrong with this unit
