price is great, free shipping is great but I'm not sure how much ink I'm getting- they empty out pretty quickly but the price makes it worth it.

Delivery time was excellent; I was surprised by how quickly the print cartridges arrived. I've used only one of the cartridges so far, and I'm pleased with its quality.

so far, so good. no complaints. can't comment so well on the longevity of the cartridges, as we use the printer so little, but the quality seems to be comparable to epson-branded ones!

For the price, these cartridges cannot be beat. For about the price of a black and 1 color, I can get 4 blacks and 2 each of the colors. Granted, they do not last as long, but they print well.

I was having trouble odering from your web site. I was able to log in and view the products but couldn't place the order. I contacted your customer service department and they immediately set out to help me solve the problem. They determined that there was no problem with the web site so it had to be my computer. They offered several suggestions and were finally able to solve the problem and I was able to place my order. Hats off to your customer service department. They were fantastic!!

Still seeing gaps in printer output despite repeated head cleanings. Also got warning message from printer that it might not work well with this cartridge.
